Located just west of downtown Portland, our dual diagnosis outpatient clinic specializes in comprehensive, patient-centered treatment and therapy. From your initial diagnosis to your personalized treatment path to your continuing care plan, outpatient rehab services at our Beaverton center are integrated to address all the complexities of addiction and other mental health conditions in a holistic way.
