Welcome to Hazelden Betty Ford's outpatient drug and alcohol rehab center in New York, NY, where our treatment and mental health experts tailor care to meet your individual needs. Our in-person and virtual intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) programs are ideal if you are struggling with substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions, such as trauma, anxiety or depression.
